CANCUN BEACH BASH!

We had the opportunity to get away with some good friends to Cancun, Mexico. We went along for the 2nd annual Utah Jazz Beach Bash. Thanks to one of Matt's good highschool buddies hookup. Along with the program were Utah Jazz legends, such as, Frank Layden, Ron Boone, Matt Harpring, Jerry Sloan, Phil Johnson, Craig Bullerjack, Thurl Bailey and PK. It was SO fun to be able to hang out with these guys. Such normal guys that are very very kind.



We stayed at the Moon Palace which we consider a little piece of Mexican heaven. All inclusive, need we say more?



This was a main part of our diet for the week that we were there. PICO - breakfast, lunch and dinner, and snack...



It was washed down with plenty of these...



The white sands of the Caribbean were very relaxing on the toes, as Utah was getting snowed on.





We were able to travel to several other 'sister' resorts and receive the same special treatment. Alls we had to do was show our wrist band. This was at the Beach Palace.

We were very serious and proper for the entire trip, as you can tell in this photo...

The ladies took it easy at the spa and on the beach while the men went and played an 18 hole golf tournament.









Good thing Jamon and Skee were there to represent, Matt, not so much :)

















In the evenings you could always find us on the dance floor.

Swimming with the dolphins was a first for us and something that we will never forget!



Matt and I came to this resort with our family 10 years ago. We have this exact picture in these cool chairs from then. I think we've changed a bit since then ;)



Miniature golf was a daily occurrence for us. And the ladies STOMPED the dudes every time!

We decided to head to Telum for a tour. It rained the entire time we were there. DOWN POUR!
