Our Real Anniversary

June 28th 2001 - 10 years ago we made the best decisions of our lives. We celebrated with some GREAT friends that happen to share the same date as us, well a day or two off, but just the same ;)

We headed to my dads place at the beautiful St. Regis, Deer Valley, for an overnighter. We started the party with a breath taking bike ride around Park City. It is a very biker friendly city with fun paved trails through the city and woods.





The best part of the vacation was the restaurant selection. All of us had never ate at the Ruth Chris Steakhouse so we decided to give it a whirl. Perhaps the best steak dinner we'd ever eaten. The service was impeccable as well... Of course, you have to pay for it, but well worth it ;) For breakfast we headed to the Kneaders at Kimball Junction for their all you can eat french toast. Words cannot describe the deliciousness...



We'd like to take this moment to thank the nice bus boy who took this photo of us. Never mind it's out of focus and Matt's partially cropped out of the photo. I think Matt's camera intimidated him, we were laughing pretty hard.
